I had both boxes going head to head for 6 months. Universal Yums is the far superior box!

I am still going head to head at times. I feel like both boxes are very similar but different at the same time. There are months were I prefer the Universal Yums box and then the next month I like the snackcrate.

We ordered our first box! We opted for Snack Crate because we’re Canadian and they can bill in Canadian dollars, so it was more convenient and we don’t have to worry about the exchange rate.

Hi Kayla! I’m considering a subscription to Snack Crate for my husband, but I’ve been seeing lots of reviews saying it’s a huge hassle to Cancel subscriptions when you want to cancel. Do you still get Snack Crate or have you cancelled? Is it a nightmare to cancel?

As this is a 2y old video, I was wondering if you’ve gone through a second round of a country yet on snackcrate? I’m just curious if say for example if you got South Africa again like this video was the exact same snacks? I’m curious if they change it up because I’d like that and snackcrate is what I’m leaning toward. I like my drinks.

I used to do snack boxes on my channel with Universal Yums. Tried them for a year and never got anything beside snacks from the European Continent…world is soooo big. I canceled it I want snacks literally from around the world not just 1 continent…will try other subscriptions 💖

You might have better luck with snack crate. I received boxes from Japan, China, Taiwan, as well as countries in and around Europe.

For snackcrate do you have to select the drink option every time or once you get it once you will always get one without clicking add drink button

So when you sign up for the box you want, you have the option of adding a drink. If you decide its not a fit, you can log into your account and add a drink at ANY time and that goes the same way if you decide you no longer want the drink. If you no longer want the drink you can decide to no longer add it on. Which I have done. So it would be a month to month change if you want.

The universal yum box is only free shipping in the USA. Snackcrate ships free to me in Canada.

The yum bag is different for each box but it typically includes small individually wrapped candies from the country of the box

I don't know if you can but I wish could tell us which box had the most countries in their selection. Not just the same 12 countries on repeat. I never see any African countries or Middle East countries. Also if you can mention where the packages ship from in the US. From my experience the longer the route the more damage to the snacks inside the package.

I ended up doing Snack Crate for over a year and I received African and Middle East countries. It was a wide variety of countries actually. I didn't receive a repeat box once.

Yes I did actually try snacks from Japan last year during vlogmas. I love bother universal yums and snack crate. I currently a receiving snacks crate but will be switching over to universal yums for a bit. You can’t go wrong with either box!

I say try out the snack crate for a while and if you don’t like it you can always cancel the subscription and try out universal yums. I tried both out at the same time Bc I didn’t know which one I would like better.

How long did snack crate take to get to your house?

I get a snack crate box once a month. They are shipped out around the same time each month (during the holidays it took longer for obvious reasons) but once shipped, it is on my door step no longer than a week later. This last box arrived in 4 days once it was shipped out.
