this was literally my favorite vhs rental back in the 90s! I thought it was real back then, its just a kids movie though. I watched it and realized it, plus did the research recently. Snake Bite is part of the Bigfoot team, and still is today.
Same for me. It was literally my favorite vhs to rent, and I believed every bit of it! Now I watch it, and am no longer scared, was in fact funny due to it bein SUPER CHEESY. and... ROLL TIDE ROLL !!
Me and my brother used to follow as much monster truck related media as was available back in the day on ESPN and TNN. It's off putting but still entertaining with the fictional storytelling thrown in on stuff like this.
It was fun when we were little bit silly now to think they were patronizing us kids🤣 the truck was Bigfoot 4 rebuilt after the famous crash. And it was a lot faster than it should have been considering it was an obsolete chassis. Later in the show Snake Bite is all the sudden on the 8 or 9 chassis and is now competitive with Bigfoot 10🤣
Andy Brass is really short. If you ever watch him being interviewed pre or post race by any of the announcers He's usually at least a head shorter than they are. He's probably only like 5,3 or 5,4 if I had to guess. But that certainly didn't stop him from being one of the best Monster Truck drivers of the 1990's!
Back in the 90s, mystery and secrecy was a big part of Snake Bite’s power. Only a scant few knew the identity of the man in the mask and those scant few who did were firmly instructed to be tight lipped.
