Snap d error: cannot communicate with server connection refused in Linux 

How to solve error: cannot communicate with server: Post localhost/v2/snaps/skype: dial unix /run/snapd.socket: connect: no such file or directory in Kali Linux
Step 1 - Open Terminal
Step 2 - Enter the following command
service snapd start
or
systemctl start snapd.service
