I acquired one of these and need to sell it. What are they going for?

Hi, just picked one of these up and having trouble calibrating (following the manual). Could you make a video showing how to calibrate? Would mean theworld to get this thing going

You only put a CONE on the inside of the wheel. not both inside & outside
