Cat part number 1P-3515 is the 3/8" - 1 1/4" 4 way angle wrench set. Rebranded snap on but they're around $350 as opposed to the neat $1,000 snap on wants. Also the cat ones don't have flank drive plus so they don't tear up brass fittings like the snap ons. Worth their weight in gold.
Great setup! One thing I started doing was all the 'young and dumb' tools I dont use and know I'll never use, I trade them in for tool credit. Snap-on guy has traded me out of about $800 of stuff, Cornwell almost $1k. Just a thought 👍
The bolt grip harmonic balancer puller set is another example of why you probably should not buy much from harbor freight. It’s a 20 year outdated tool. Haven’t used that thing since the SBC became almost extinct. I think I did use it once in the past 10 years on a 2007 Taurus with an OHV cam in block 3.0 which very rare these days. This is a problem with most retail stores, they sell mostly very basic probably obsolete special tools. Even my Snap-on Chrysler harmonic balancer puller I purchased in 2008 is outdated and needs updating. If you lose a harbor freight wrench or socket, they don’t even sell single sockets or wrenches. That’s just stupid. Today I can’t think of any reason to go inside harbor freight or Napa or Lowes to buy tools. As mechanic tools go, retail stores suck.
Damn didn’t know that … Like I bought the flare nut socket set from them knowing they were USA made … Good to know for future purchase from them knowing those angle wrenches are USA made
