One thing I wanted to know since I record heavier music with loud screams I was wondering if it's close enough to sound proof by that I mean does it make a noticeable difference in how much sound escapes? I don't mind if you can hear the screams and loud singing as long as it escapes at a quite enough level that wouldn't reach the neighbors.
@InquireWithin I ended up doing it myself I purchased sound dampening panels not the soft foam ones those don't work good for sound proofing. So yeah I purchased four 18 packs of the good panels and also purchased a huge sound dampening blanket total ran me 400$ and I managed to sound dampen a whole walk in closet witch is about 2 times that size and it probably sounds more sound proofed then that. So it is better to just do it yourself !
My bad for not getting back to you guys. The answer is no, unfortunately. This booth is solid for reducing reverberations and getting a better quality recording, but it's not going to make it so that no one can hear you. It's not sound-proofing, it's just meant to reduce the nasty echo and other sound problems.
@@andrewreviewseverything made my own for half the price its bigger and more sound dampening can barely hear outside of it, thanks for the reply though and Yeah I kinda figured it would be more for audio quality! :p
@@ZORBZ666 You made the right decision in my opinion. The Snap Studio Vocal Booth is for people who don't have the time or the skills to make it themselves, so they have to pay a bit extra for it and make a compromise in quality.
