SnapOn Ratchet Repair Service of my 71-15 Ratchet from 1946. This tool was passed on to me from my dad from his father. The dealer will Rebuild the SnapOn Ratchet and we can and have continued to use it since.
My Snap-on® rep here in Northern Colorado is a first class, honest and customer oriented guy. I look forward to the truck visits more to see him than about the tools!... we’ll, the tools are great too!!
I contacted Snap-On and they told me the local distributors CAN NOT service me because I am an individual, home, DIY customer. I HAVE to go thru Snap-On via internet. The local Snap-On reps can ONLY service commercial businesses .WT heck is that type of service? Even Sears is better......just saying. Glad I only have a few Snap-On tools. Thanks for the GREAT service Snap-On!!
If you manage to track down the local guy yourself, I'm sure he'd sell to you. I think snap on corporate worries about people wasting the reps time when they could have been going to other appointments.
I have caught Snapon Trucks in multiple states while I have been traveling and needed a tool replaced. Never been asked or questioned at all. I guess I have been lucky :-)
I was told by snap on corporate customer service that Snap-on tools are only warrantied to the original purchaser and requires a receipt accompanied with the tool to be returned for audit so gentlemen in reality Snap-on Tools themselves not warrantied only the original purchaser is as long as you retain proof of purchase, go to snapon.com and click on the warranty service Tab and you'll see it in black and white it's quite horrifying really
I love my thlf72 which has a 3/8 drive square that I been meaning to switch over to my thLLf72 for an extra long compact 3/8 drive.. I just love the thlf72 and the ease of it, the fhx80 I like the locking feature better then the gearwrench/matco locking ratchets. Seems like you need 2 hands for those with the snap on you just use a finger or thumb. Congratz the great ratchet look-up the part number FSD14 on google or the snap on website, its an adapter with knurling that makes the ratchet a 3/8 drive. I use them on all my ratchets. Also search finger spinner to see the other ones.
@@ClientGraphics they have these spring grabber hooks, idk if I showed it but it was something I picked up not long ago. Do you get charged sales tax from the snap on man? Ya know maybe we can go in on the bogo stuff sometime so we can get a tool for a deal, I don't have sales tax here and been wanting to get in contact with a dealer around here. I think I know where one lives maybe still even.. I really want the flat hose picks =)
@@Toyotas_n__Tools I bet you do want those picks! I do get charged 8% tax. Hit me up in email, but I have spent my monthly allowance thru August already. lol
