Sneak Peak inside Laidlaw's Harley-Davidson Redesigned Showroom │The Future "Look" of Dealerships 

I can only imagine the look on the faces of William Harley and Arthur Davidson were they to walk into your renovated dealership and see what their company has grown to after 120 years! Congratulations to the Laidlaw family !

I have visited many dealerships and can say that the remodeling of Laidlaw's is top notch! It just pops inside and out. Very, very nice. If those watching own a dealership, you should be looking at doing similar.

Two words , aesthetically awesome!!! new age museum feel that when you walk in you feel comfortable in buying a motorcycle, great job!!! I'm sure Grandpa would be extremely proud!!

The American Dream: As a kid, Grandpa gets called to fight a war in a land he never heard off, comes home and immediately starts working in a trade, and gets the tenacity to start his own business. That's the generational attitude I wish would make a resurgence.

Nice work- beautiful showroom .... imagine it cost a pretty penny. The future "look" of dealerships is impressive but it also serves as a reminder to me (and hopefully Jochen Zeitz and the rest of corporate) that Harley-Davidson is a people business. That new showroom is the result of three generations of Laidlaws building long term relationships with its customers. Without that the fanciest showroom in the world doesn't mean a damn thing. My local mom and pop dealership just celebrated their 40th. Much of the staff has been there for years which doesn't seem to be the case with some big dealer groups where employees seem to change almost as quick as the weather and some of their attitudes didn't leave a positive impression. It's nice to be remembered by name when you come through the door, treated fairly whether you're buying a t-shirt or a new bike. All the best for future success.

Looks fantastic. I’ve had the opportunity to purchase 3 bikes at Laidlaw’s over the year’s. 2 at the Rosemead store and 1 at the Puente store. 1983, 1087 and 2008. Moved to Colorado, Teddy Morse is my Dealer here….. you guy’s stopped here on your way to Sturgis last year. Tell Bob the dealership looks high class great job.

Congratulations Matt and to everyone involved. As a small boat dealer, I can see that there was a lot of sweat equity in building that store, not just money as that always helps, but it’s mostly the heart behind it. Best of luck to you with the new store.

I appreciate the walkaround showing the new facility. I've been going into HD dealerships for nearly 30 years and for a long time my wife didn't want to go with me, she felt intimidated and anything but welcome (to be fair, she's gotten over it and now goes into a dealership without me if she's looking for something she wants). The shift toward updating the dealerships is a good change -- folks need to feel comfortable and relaxed and this redesign should help to continue to grow your business and further enhance the brand. We don't have anything like your showroom here in Colorado and it would be nice to see some renovation/modernization take place here. Seeing this makes me want to buy my next bike from Laidlaw's.

Looks really good. i do like the lounge area. many dealerships overlook that. nothing nicer to be out of town and to stop at a dealership to get a cup of coffee and relax and feel like home.

Very kewl, Matt! Great job! Modern, clean, spacious, & well organized. Looks like a place you want to go to and want spend time in. Nothing H-D is cheap, so the Dealer experience should be a premium experience, and Laidlaw’s new renovated Dealership delivers! Customers can hang and being surrounded by everything H-D instead of the lounge being buried in the back encourages them to browse and/or shop. Looks like a winner to me! Congrats and the best of luck and best wishes to you and your staff! Definitely looks like a must-see if you’re in the area! I def must put it on my to-do list as a new retiree relocating soon from NJ to my new home in southern AZ. Cheers!

In 2007 I was referred to your dealer by a female highway patrol officer I remember when she brought her bike to my job to show it to me she asked me to seat on her bike then this what she said “ whenever you want to buy a Harley Davidson go to Laidlaw’s cause all those other dealers will rip you off “ so I bought my ever first bike in 2019 from you guys 💪🤘

Bitchin! Streamlining and grouping each family + adding new and/or essential components in those areas is brilliant! The exterior looks so much more modern as well. Excellent job!

One thing I thought was a nice touch was the curvy road coming out the front door on the old design. I have heard corporate wants all dealerships to look alike. I don’t know how true that is but it’s a shame you can’t make it your own. The lighting and the wheel chocks are a nice touch.

That’s some incredible work on the layout, themed displays and well thought out exterior/interior design with details and accents that come together very nicely. Like the space and ability to walk around the bikes and not “squeeze” in between them. Great job, Matt, I can easily see how much time, money, effort and hard work went into it. Looks amazing Matt! I love the new modern but industrial look Harley is doing. Yesterday my mother and I checked out Sturgis Harleys new look, which has the same decor as you. My mom managed that store from 1987 to 2009, I more less grew up in that store. Originally it was on Main Street in the old movie theater and then later moved to its current location, which is an old grocery store. At first I was a bit sad to see a chapter of my life disappear, but I really like the new look! My mom was impressed as well, which takes a lot from her. Keep up the great work and hopefully I can see your dealership in person one day.
