Our ranunculus are thriving beneath our low tunnels. As winter arrives, we will be adding a layer of Tufflite greenhouse plastic over the Agribon for added low temperature protection. We also check the progress of the presprouted corms that have been in the ground for approximately 3 weeks.

So great to see this - I'm growing a few too! Do you water the rununculus less frequently in winter?

We rarely use the irrigation in the winter. Our rain is usually enough for them. Once it warms up we begin watering more.

How did your ranunculus do this year? I've been waiting for a video to see how they look when they peak bloom. Love your videos!

I’m wondering when you start watering them and how much water every week?

I water minimally once our tunnels are up. With cooler temperatures, the ground seems to stay hydrated. I usually have to water a bit in late March.
