Joel is actually 9 years older than Moriah so when she was 18 he was 27 😳. I couldn't help but also notice how Moriah stopped making songs about Jesus when she joined trala. 😟 I just miss the I choose Jesus sound that she used to have.
She should do what she wants to do regarding the evolution of her creativity and not have to conform to what people want her to do. You don’t know her personally, so you really can’t judge whether or not your assumptions of her not writing any “Jesus” songs is because she joined whatever you just mentioned trala, or got married. Plenty of Christian artists writes music that expresses their love for Jesus that do co-labs or join other groups. That doesn’t mean they don’t love Jesus, because they choose to work on other creative projects. Also, no one should be judging her for marrying someone 9 years older. Last time I checked it was God ordained they are both adults. Geez!
Personally I wonder why her career went nowhere. In the beginning, it seemed so promising but one decade in and nothing but mostly abstract music that isn’t memorable. Granted, her newer songs seem to explain the dark place she’s been in so I would like to hear her story as to what she really has been through..
