Nike needs to stop giving these resellers/ shops backdoor access cuz its really annoying. Which makes people to move on with different bands like New Balances, Asics, Puma and ect. Like the travis scott Velvet that are dropping in December are already backdoor and its really irrigating. I wouldn't be surprised when the Cut the Jack will also be backdoor. Paying $400+ for some AJ 1 is ridiculous.
Don't worry Bro I got 3 Ws 1 adult 1 youth and 1 toddler from cactus jack but still Eff Nike... People are switching to New Balances Organically and it's Beautiful! No Collabs needed 🙏
Only good thing for the consumers is that Nike Jordans are on sale, like dunk lows that are $125 retail are now $60-$80. And SB Dunk market doesn’t look good.
Nike trying to be more exclusive isn't going to save their business, UNLESS their creatives make straight fire. More potential hits on the SNKRS app is a win though.
just doubled up on the MB.03 “Halloween” joints. the attention to detail along w the glow in the dark hits and soles put Puma at the top, imo. every signature basketball athlete’s sneaker from Puma has always went crazy w the attention to detail.
@@JohnAlexanderTheGreat Honestly, driving up resale isn’t a scam. That’s on you.. the consumer. The reality is, life’s never been fair. Resale has always been about profit, no matter the product. Trend = Hype. If the trend dies, the hype dies too. If your conscious allows you to even consider shelling out hundreds of dollars for a pair sneakers, reevaluate and then re-adjust your state of mind. Don’t blame the resellers when week after week, a lot of you willingly become vics to the bloodsuckers.
@@perturbedTrvler You don't get it. They're manipulating the market by siphoning their drops to resellers (backdooring), which bolsters the secondary market and puts their product in the "exclusive" category (even the ones that shouldn't be). That's not pro-consumer at all and if you're supporting that kind of practice, you're just another brainwashed hypebeast.
@@perturbedTrvleri think this went over your head. We aren't blaming resellers. We are blaming Nike for working with said resellers instead of fully engaging with consumers. How many stories do we need to read of bots and backdooring hundreds of pairs? Instead of Nike throttling a release over several days or embracing a create on demand strategy ..they rather "sell out" and give all the stock to a reseller. No one is talking about buying resell, its nike skipping the retail process and just unloading stock on the resell market. 😢
