In today's episode I'll bring you guys with me to my first day at Singapore! I'm here for business and pleasure as I have a couple of meetings for business and then I'm planning on playing a few games of MTG and Flesh and Blood over the weekend.
Of course we'll set aside time as well to do some sneaker hunting! Friends from SG told me that the New Balance 990 V6 was just sitting on shelves here so might as well pick it up if they have it in my size.

Sir Carlo would you prefer the 990 v6 over the v5? In my own opinion i will always go for the v5. I find the v6 really wide kahit sa regular fit nya. Anyways, mahal ang NB dyan because here in Canada ( Calgary ) the reg. price for 990 is CAD 260 = P10k + (approx). Kung bakit mahal sa SG ang NB I don't know kasi here only the MITUSA are on the $260 price range and the v5 is actually on sale for $199 only. There is also a NB outlet here na meron silang 990 v1 with 4 different cw's (black,blue.gray,green).

990v6 in u.s is like 12k php... and once it goes outside the country esp. in europe it's much much more, buti nga dyan sa sg around 3k lng tinaas nya.. kaya mahal kasi 990v6 are u.s made I guess, some other models are much more affordable because they're made outside u.s

mahal yung new balance depende po sa type ng shoes dahil baka po pag US made mas mahal kapag sa asia kasi ginawa mura labor cost eh tapos baka po mas premium yung materials kpag made in US.....Ganda po ng watch niyo🔥👍

For the most part dahil po sa inflation kasi most models/silhouettes sold dito sa pinas nag taas regardless of where it was manufactured (kabilang na dito ung 550s na dati around ~7k tas ngaun 9k+ na). Lalong lalo na ung MADE series sold sa PH pumapalo na ng 17-18k SRP from previous 14-15k ata if I remember correctly and it was this year sila nag taas ng SRP.

@@CarloOple oo nga po sir e. 😂 Kaya maraming sitting na MADE series. Ung mga pasabuy/preorders from resellers mas mura pa kesa bumili from the local NB stores or retail store like atmos. Buti nung grey day meron 20% discount for all NBs si atmos but that was about it. for people who know better, they will go to resellers.
