What a treat. I couldn’t imagine hanging with the Kentucky Head Hunters and then seeing that dressing room jam with Scaggs. My god.

Standing there at Skaggs’ dressing room door while he played Uncle Pen, I seriously had to pinch myself. All the other performers were standing there too, nudging each other and grinning ear to ear.

Canadian here. The Opry was a capstone feature of my trip to Nashville with my (fellow guitar-lovin’) son. A week of live country music every moment of the day. And at night and the early morning, live in our hotel room-I brought a dobro and a banjo!!!🇨🇦

The David Crowder Band played at our church 12-15 years ago. I don't remember exactly, but they were a great band. I played in our church band, so I got to hang out with him for the whole day. We played guitar together for an hour or so. He is a super nice guy, and a great songwriter/musician.

But cant help but rub elbows goin in and out.. You get a feel for what kinda people the artists are. I do remember they always seemed gracious, respectful and appreciative towards my crew. Good people... Looked to see if l could direct y'all to a video l shot and upliaded behind the scenes of a load in we did for them. Think it was at Oak Mountain Amphitheater in B'ham. Unfortunately it's private on my legacy channel. Which, for whatever reason, RU-vid decided a couple years ago that l am no longer me. WTF? Now l cant even access my own original channel to make settings changes. Sometimes l hate what this platform has become.
