Order a very specific fast food meal, freeze it overnight, then order it again the next day. Swap out the frozen meal without any one seeing then go complain that it’s frozen solid.
He's purposely hamming it up to get sympathy points from his viewers. He knows he's not going to go to jail, he's talked with his lawyer about it. Looking like the victim in a David and Goliath style narrative like this will positively affect his image.
sgtsnakeeyes11 yeah, you are right I don't have an argument cause I don't come to RU-vid to argue with people like you 😂 please see my first reply to you again
@@LetsGoBirds if he got charged with impersonating a police officer then there's a solid chance he could go to prison, why the hell you calling this dude a dumbass
Ryan Vigus attorney and daughter of a judge, you’re 100% correct and the main reason is he’s interfered with public safety before, he pulled a stop sign and he pled that one down. He already got his get out of jail free card.
Aaron Martinez fucking hell aaron shut up on ever comment you’ve talked about his court date you just being annoying yes we all love ross but no need to be a pain in the ass
The reason Ross wants his fans to come to court is so that he can use it as defense. A ton of people showing up to support him from his video is evidence that his fanbase is large and not fake, and that creating the video was intended to entertain these people and the rest of his fans.
You should fill a cologne bottle with vinegar and call it Vin Égar and try returning it because you don't like the smell (or try selling it in a store)...use your photo on the box
I love how this guys videos are not clickbate. He does exactly what he says he is going to do in the title of the video. Always making me laugh and making my day 100x better. Thanks @Vlog Creations!!
@@alexrekzu4079 Actually this is a great idea, but they use the uniform from another country ie. Afganistan. Most people don't know what police uniforms look like from foreign countries. If that doesn't work ,just go as the MIB. People walk in with alien balloons filled with helium and weighted down with collars around their necks.
To get that charge he'd have to either be an asshole to the judge, the judge would have to be a serious asshole orrrrrr... he would have had to impersonated law enforcement seriously, not as a joke. It's the max sentence possible... they aren't going to pass that out for a stupid joke.
Josh Payne he didn’t even do anything really that bad. If he like kidnapped someone for it I could see him facing real time. But this petty stuff, there’s much bigger worse crimes going on then Ross getting in trouble for a prank video.
Lauren but it won’t. My father is a judge and I’m an attorney. This is a terrible thing to ask because the court won’t be amused or endeared. Number one security will become an issue and the fact is they are t prepared. He’s making this announcement days before the hearing and despite how it may seem to be a GOOD thing having people show up to show support all it could potentially strike the court as a stunt and irritate the judge because he’s potentially proving he hasn’t taken this seriously. If they charged him with a felony, even third degree that’s telling us they’re serious and they mean business. I get that Charles was having fun and doing no harm while impersonating a police officer but he has a WIDE fan base and it’s perceived as irresponsible flouting laws that are in place for public safety concerns. The issues with this crime are: abuse of power, there are many cases of people posing as public servants to hurt individuals, rapes and home invasions are two common abuses of the uniform, not to mention the possibility a situation could occur and he would be of no use after someone goes to seek help, then there’s the reputation officers try to maintain, and if you’ve got someone goofing off while looking like a police officer that reflects BACK onto the station and profession on the whole. Obviously these things did not occur to Ross and that’s the problem, impulsivity and a failure to recognize his position as an influencer. He is clearly a good man who preaches do no harm, and if I could I’d defend him in court and the FIRST bit of advice is give is lay off the shenanigans. Recognize what the court is seeing, though you personally disagree remember it’s because you and only you know your intentions and other people can get the idea to do the same thing except they may have malicious intentions. I’m sure I’ll be called Karen or get an ok boomer and that’s fine because younger people are screwed if they don’t start thinking, it’s a generation of reacting and being defensive, take a step outside your bubble and see that the world is not all about hedonism and instagram. He needs to walk in there with humility and say he’s sorry and acknowledge that though his intentions were benign he failed to recognize the potential interpretation he left the act open to and that he’s humbled by the realization he could’ve posed a threat to the public. That he will exercise more caution and judiciousness in the future considering the severity of the wake up call he’s been given, that he asks for the mercy of the court in exchange for leniency. I guarantee you that is what the judge needs to hear in order to let this fizzle out. This isn’t his first run in and the stop sign stunt could’ve killed someone and the judges and prosecutors are looking at an emerging pattern that I assure you will be described as a blatant disregard for public safety and a lack of common sense being jettisoned in hopes of achieving recognition from his audience. Karen me to death, I don’t care, I make money and grew up third generation in this it is unwise to proceed with this request.
