Thanks so much for this video! Question: in 5:06, you say 2.977 is the speed of light in air, but the index of refraction is nearly 1. So wouldn't the exponent for the speed of light in air be 10^8? Thanks again!

At 9:10 youre using the index of refraction of air even though its going through glass? And in the next section at 11:49 your'e using the appropriate index of refraction for the diamond. You're making it seem as if you have to use the initial index of refraction of the initial medium for the first example but then not in the second

For future people wondering: The light will be refracted closer to the normal when light enters a medium with a HIGHER index of refraction. Going from air to water will slow your light down and make it bend closer towards the normal line.
