We decided to hike the tallest mountain in the Czech Republic called Snezka. Interestingly, half the mountain is in Polish territory, so you're actually crossing between two countries to get to the summit.

There are several paths up, we chose the blue path, which is harder and longer. The average time, we were told is 4 hours to reach the top, but it took us 3.
Public transportation is available from Prague via bus, but you should purchase tickets before as we saw people waiting for a seat who were turned down.
