1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 stick of butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sugar dip
1 Tbs cinnamon
3 TBs sugar
1/8 tsp nutmeg
