And that's exactly how it should be. They're pixels in a game that could be shut down whenever they feel like it. You don't actually own anything, you just rent it until the game dies or the servers shut down, then those pixels are worthless. This is coming from someone that used to spend a fair bit on CS and Rocket League items, before I learned my lesson. It's a different story for people like Jacky, it's a business expense. He can write that off on taxes, plus he'll earn the money back from video views, creator code etc.

Yeah I'm not spending money on cosmetics. I'd rather pay for the game.

Don't you have headphones? I could follow the enemy by watching the video. The footstep audio on my game is broken though.

You can literally hear the enemy footsteps outside as soon as jacky walks inside. That said my footsteps are never that clear and Ive tried everything. Its like these streamers play a different game to me.

@P1Fanatic same to me, Ihave pretty decent headphones and cant hear this good in game. I think they use some audio compression to make footsteps sound louder, thats the only explanation I can think of.

@@felipesiedschlagyopan4185 Same. I have tried many different head sets - also a USB DAC to avoid using mobo realtek onboard sound. The only way I can even remotely hear footsteps in PUBG is having the volume at max which means gunshots etc are deafening. Yet these guys can hear people 2-3 buildings away and tell what floor and surface they are on and that a car went silent 1km away. Gives you a massive advantage on top of being good at the game already.

Obviously it's a business expense, but you think he's being honest? "I just want to practice sniping. I need to finally get good." Really? He's already insane and has no real reason to want to get better, no intention to do eSports or anything of that, and doesn't seriously practice. He's good enough to know that true improvement comes from grinding and drilling, not casual fun games where you only snipe 60% of the time. He isn't trying to get better - he's putting out an ad for a product that he makes money from. Nothing wrong with it, but he isn't being honest about it. He's giving the most barebones admission that there's some financial motivation to placate cynics, but using your brain for 2 minutes makes it pretty clear he's only acknowledging it on a very superficial level.
