Del is good people !!!! I don't have a sniper veil but a couple sgemaghs. My heavier shemagh got use during my last trip. Kept this ol'Polush noggin warm and dry under my pobcho hood on the wettest day. Worth the money !!!

I actually use a old OD green cut pant leg (from a yoga pant an ex-gf use to wear) as a neck gaiter. Works great during bowhunting season on those cold mornings. But I still love my scrim scarf as well. Good review, brother.

Honesty, I do not know about the one you showcased. But what I can tell you is that it is probably a byproduct of the first Gulf War. A lot of the US military would use their t-shirts as face wraps since the stretchy cotton worked very well in that application against the desert environment. What resulted in this was the making of large pieces of t-shirt like material cloth to be used as face wraps or whatever. As for an exact name, I couldn't tell you. I tried looking up some info about that before responding, but didn't find anything. Hope this helps.

Shemaghs certainly have there multi uses, I've had a couple over the years but have given them away because I personally do not have a use for them anymore, atb Spook 🇬🇧🇨🇦
