Meaning the belt is worthless. Really really bad. Test i did: -Pri Asadal Belt Gives back 20% range. -Tungrad set gives BSR 190% cap -Cast still and only got 20% not 38% It says 'recovers upto max Black spriage rage obtainable by yourslef' i can see why some though it ment it recovers a percentage of your cap. but that not the case. what it means is.... it will recover up to your cap an never beyond. so if I had 180% and cast this belts at even at pen grade, I would not get 280%, i would get 190%. Utter trash item
Having a hundred different ways to build Gear in the beginning.. then seeing it all merge into a single gear path.. was the backwards way to build the system. Imagine reversing the roles.. All of the Green gear builds moved to the End Game Gear, and everything on the low side, being universally used gear. So much is backwards.. There are rumors that more diversity is coming. We will see if it does I guess.
with the new belts and its 100% of your BSR recharge may bring tungrads back in, and the reforge stones for the new weapons is a step in the right direction.
@@iPiehax wait.. I think its still 10% and got upto 100% at pen... what i meant is. Its not 100% brs (at pen) its 100% of your total BSR cap. so if you have tungrad set and have Say +190% cap, it will recharge all of that . still not sure if this is correct or not. not found anyone that has tested it. and likewise, if that is correct, a base recharging 10% would give you 19% BSR (10% of 190=19%) math things >
Addition just bought the belts at pri for a test... Nah its crap!!!! The 20% at pri is 20% of 100%222 and not 20% of my total BSR cap. e.g. i got 20% where as my set up should have given 38% if it was based of my total cap. TLDR, belt rubbish, tungrads still a very weak item
