I was able to make it out on a friends boat and we put the hurting on some Snook to spite the tough bite lately. The Optimus Prime themed rod I was using is one I made. It was a cheap blank and is 7'6". The reel is my Penn Slammer III with 50lb braid. I was using 60lb floro leader with a 5/0 circle hook and 1oz pinch weight.
