Robert, you were Snookless but because of your fantastic enthusiasm, knowledge, and kindness towards others, you made this one of the best Catch(almost), Clean(not really) and Cook(like a champ) ever. Loved the spot with the little ladies and their folks. Can't wait for that to be you and your Sweet Daughters. That period in my life was the best and I am sure it will be yours also. Love you all. When l was a kid we used to dig clams on the coast of Maine. We would use a bushel basket to put them in. A layer of ice then clams with cornmeal on top, than a layer of ice and some salt. We would repeat this for each layer. It would help clean out the clams of sand and mud.

My heart goes out to the troops they put their lives on the line so that we can be safe. My greatest respects and prayers go out to all of them

Rob, thank you for sharing your life with us. My wife and I always watch your Catch, Clean, and Cook videos. In fact, I learned how to sharpen my hunting knives, clean a deer, and fillet a fish from your videos. Unfortunately, still learning the fillet part, but all I've ever caught is trout. I've never fished in the ocean, so I imagine it's way different! Thank you and thank you for supporting our troops! God Bless!

Oh man, that was awesome!! When that little girl caught that Snook , and let out that cheer of pure excitement!! I laughed and started to cry at the same time.. awesome video brother.

I've grown up here fishing all my life with my grandpa and father right where you always fish.. I LOVE fishing but have always struggled eating fish... However Snook? THEY'RE TOO GOOD NOT TO EAT!! They're the only fish that's got no 'fish' flavor to it just clean divine soft flaky goodness! GLAD to see them being featured. They're in my opinion just.. AMAZING!!

"Clam Ravioli" is another video coming up, he says... Can't wait. We Sicilians have a seafood pasta dish called "Scungille" which is wide linguine (preferably whole wheat) with conch meat "scungilli" and clams and a little octopus, in a salted tomato basil white wine marinara sauce (salted so you don't have sores in your mouth later in the day) and a 2 liter bowl filled to the top with the linguine and seafood stuffed marinara. Heaven.

Oh man Rob' I just love it when you reach out to other fishermen and their families and just open your heart to them. Those parents and children had a blast and the girls expressions and reaction to catching the Snook was priceless. Also when you bought the cherrystone clams(my all time favorite to eat on the 1/2 shell) i was beyond excited haha. I was like please open one and hit it with some lemon juice / hot sauce and take it down raw. mmmm mmmm good. Steam is just as tasty. You're an awesome Father, Husband and Man in general. Love me a good pot of clams! I make my space in the bottom of the pan that I cook my clams in (butter, olive oil, garlic, all the works) and then serve the clams in the bowl with the sauce and some sliced grab. Give it a try! You get some of the clam juice in with the sauce and dang are those rascals good. Love the videos Mr. Arrington keep em coming!
