Due to too much practicing without stretching, I got fasciitis on my back these days. It was burning my back in the midnight woke me up all the time on my sleeping.
The doctor gave me some pain killers and muscle relaxants and told me to pause playing snooker for 4 weeks.
The lesson learned is that you have to take care about your health first before everything else.
The good thing is that after stopping playing for a while, I got a new insight of my aiming when I was back to the table.

Well done, great effort I'm struggling with this drill too ive set myself a target 100 break my best is 82 its a tough one for sure 👍

Well done. 82 is over 10 reds as pink ball is usually chosen in T drill. Yeah, it’s tough. It’s been taken me 50 practice days for this drill. Normally a pro can finished it in 3 tries, so still a long way to go.
