Naw! Snoop Dogg had nothing to do with Tupac's death. I grew up in L.A., it was the early 90's when Snoop Dogg and Tupac started their career in L.A. when we were all hearing about them. I had the awesome opportunity to go to a house party where Snoop Dogg and Tupac were present. Everyone was super chill.
