God bless this family. I have a daughter with cerebral palsy will be 28 in December. I also have lost my oldest daughter in 2007. Much love is put into this place. Rest in peace little one!

This was such a nice tribute to their son. You guys sure did choose some great menu selections - the cherries on top of the chicken was a really originally twist, the deviled eggs looked so good, and the tacos had to be amazing. The cinnabon cheesecake looked excellent. Thanks for another great video!

Very nice. Really enjoyed your review and background story on the owners. Menu seemed large for a smaller diner, but what was offered seemed to be outstanding. liked that locals support this family owned business and from what what stated, seems to be a local gathering spot too.

Guys, first off congrats on reaching the 25K milestone. Here's the good news. You're gonna be at 50K by Christmas. Don't make a liar outta me. :) LOL. Anyway, I love small mom & pop restaurants. Their the backbone of our economy. Those pancakes looked so good I felt like taking a bite. And you're right, your eggs were done to perfection. Not too runny. The back story is very sad. So glad you tried the Snoring Bear. It is located less than a mile from our house. I remember when they first opened and we went there for breakfast and have loved it ever since, you gotta try the breakfast next time you swing through here.

That is some amazing and unique food selections. I've never heard of a lot of those combinations. I feel I gotta say though, for the level of uniqueness in this place it sure does not look like it's in a prime location. I so hope it is doing well. Everything looked so delicious!

Loved that ride through the country/mountain to this restaurant. Both your meals looked so fantastic that I would have had a hard time choosing one over the other, and would have probably ordered both those entrees at the same time and would have taken one of those home. That cheese cake looked awesome too! Karaoke would have been fun too!

Will be trying this diner in December. We stay in Townsend every year and usually go to Maryville once and also travel on the parkway at least once every trip. Can't believe I missed this unique diner. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for that gorgeous drive through the mountains. Pure heaven and so peaceful! I've always wanted to try Root Beer BBQ Sauce! Yum sounding! I was for some reason expecting you to get corn casserole - I know you love Corn, John (I'm not a pimento fan, so I would have sadly skipped my beloved mac & cheese haha). Also for some reason I was expecting Bobbie's garlic cream sauce to be red with the cherries - when I pictured it, it looked different than reality. hehe The cherries are a great and unique idea for the chicken (though they kind of looked like mushrooms!). They have a nice menu and it is such a cute little place! The prices weren't bad at all - I laughed because in one video your soda was $3.99 and here it is just $1.39. You never know...

Hey John and Bobby I hope your day has been a good one the story at the beginning of the video touched home I lost my youngest daughter in 2005 to leukemia she was only 14 years old my sister knows this place very well I have never been there I will arrive on the 8th of October and I will make a special trip over to this restaurant to support these people the food look homemade and so did the dessert I have heard good things about this place from my sister guys till next video take care
