The video includes actually two snorkeling spots.The first one shown in the first 3.5 mins of the video is located opposite Diniwid beach to the northwest part of the island and the second one (showing school of jack fish) is located at the south eastern part of Boracay and north of Crocodile island, in rather deeper waters outside the reef.

Yes, its easy Rafael. Just follow my advice and rent a private boat. Tell the guy u want to snorkel. Tell him to take u to non touristic spots. Just bargain before u hire. To tell u the truth the seas in Boracay cannot compare to those in El Nido or Coron but still u can be lucky in snorkeling as i was. Have a great trip and give me some feedback when ur back.
