Can you visit this house reef without being on a multiple day boat trip? Or it’s only accessible via boat cruise?

I stopped in the resort for a day. I was in liveaboard. The prices of the resort is quite expensive but its nice...

Very nice ref, and fish, diversified, and nice colors (les "dark" than for alor ?) At 6'06, is it white anemon or other thing ? Nice collection of nemo, and cassipea too
