It was a pleasure cooking with ‪@chefdevanofficial‬ and Alica’s Pepperpot (who can be found on Instagram). We made 3 amazing dishes together. The first was Snow Crab Curry, the second was Gilbaka curry with Gilbaka that we brought back from Guyana, and lastly we made Katahar Curry, which was cooked on the Fireside. We had so much fun cooking together. Good food, amazing company, and great conversation.

Food was delicious my brother, I don’t use masala in fish curry because it gets the curry dark and I don’t like that especially in Gilbaka, we had an amazing time cooking together, making beautiful memories and dishes, take care and have a great weekend

Thank you so much my dear friend, in my green seasoning I put onions 🧅 thyme, cilantro 🌿 ginger, garlic 🧄 pepper 🌶️ basil 🌿 parsley 🌿 scallions and blended with a little bit of water, it will last about two in the refrigerator, you can make a lot and freeze it also in ice cube trays
