can you use a car shampoo for snow foam?
can it foam? will it stick? this is the test!
Snow foam is a prewash foam, sprayed onto the car to lubricate and dissolve as much dirt as possible, to help keep the infliction of swirl marks, scratches and abrasions to a minimum.
after this, you can sprayed the car again with water/pressure washer, and continue washing by hand.

UPDATE:1 year and still cranks within the first 2-3 pulls. Probably will buy another when this one finally does bite the dust ru-vid.comUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX . No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Great video. Car detailing products are like the 1001 sports nutrition supplements - massive industry with massive markup on production costs. Filtered water, add some car was soap and scent and sell it for 1000% production mark up.. the rest is spent on marketing. I literally ran out of my "super snow foam" and did the same, then saw this video. On my MY2017 Mustang with paint protection, I honestly think the Maguires did a better job (I put in a little more than 100Ml). Save your money on some of these cleaning products. Obviously invest in a quality cleaning mit, drying towel tho!

Thank you so much...I have recently repainted my car and wanted to get into this "touchless" washing method but was worried about the harshness and staining capability of the foaming products I saw people using... I have always used Meguiars Gold Class and now I know how to to use it in the foam cannon - thank you so much for a great video....

you said that the mix is 1 to 128 does it mean 1ml of product then add 128ml of water ?, if yes then you put 100ml of product you should add 12800 ml of water or 12.8 litre .....that bottle doesn't look to be 12 litre :)

I was thinking the same thing. It looks like he uses about 100 ml of Meguiar's soap in about a 1 L (1000 mL) bottle, so I am thinking the ratio is more like 1:10.

Hi, thanks for this - 100ml soap for how much water? Is it 900ml water, assuming your bottle is 1L? Or 1:10 water ratio? Didn't mention in the video or description. Also my washer can only output 7L/min. Should i still go with 1:10 given your washer seems much more powerful? How many L/min is yours?

Wow a gallon for this just $20 at my local Walmart. I been buying chemicals guys soaps and sprays 16oz for the same price theyre cool but I'm fucken tired of them already. Everytime I arrive at their detail garage shop theyre like fucken vultures asking all these questions and then try to sell you crap you didn't even come for. Imma just use what I have left and try other brands

I use probably a bottle cap of this soap every time on bucket and it creates so much foam, I have been using this soap since 2002 when I got my first car. The Meguiar's Ultimate wash and wax is not that very good but it is differently

The most interesting thing to me is the Meguiars reccomend a 5 to 1 dilution ratio for foam cannons, but it clearly still works well above that. That's a great product. Thanks for the video

Dillution varies it really depends on how many gpm your preasure washer is putting out. If you have a higher gpm but a weaker mix results may not be as good or vice versa for a lower gpm

I have used Meguiar's car wash soap for foaming many times, but many years ago, on Meguiar's own forums, their product technicians told users NOT to use Meguiar's car wash soap in foaming equipment such as foam lance, foam guns, or foam bottles. In fact, they tell users to not even try it. They said that since Meguiar's car wash soap have never been tested or approved in foaming equipment, they may damage those equipment or cause bodily injuries. When such as case arises, they would not be responsible for it. This is why in Meguiar's own workshops and classes, they never use any foaming equipment. They just rinse the car with water and then do a dual bucket wash without any foaming.

@@alfierenadhie Yeah i know. It's different in America. Because when something happens, people would sue Meguiar's. Also, in America, they tell users to not use M100 polish with dual action polishers on the forums. They also warn against people using M105 on leather.

If it's 1:128 dilution, that 100 mL should be diluted in 12.280 liters if water and I doubt it even near 3 liters. Just sayin'.

Hi, Could you please tell me why my foam cannon only produces foam with the mixer adjustment to the maximum clockwise (-). I had knew that the adjustment has to spin counter clockwise (+) to obtain more foam. I used it with 90 bar pressure. Thanks.

This is a good inexpensive soap. I get very decent foam with it. Some people think that the CG Honeydew foam will leave their cars clean without touching their cars just because it creates a bit more foam. Lies, lies. The only way I don't have to touch the car is if it only has light dust on it.
