SNOW on Trans Euro Trail Turkey (Part 3) | Yamaha Tenere 700 off-road action 

Enjoy Part 3 of our 8500 kilometer off-road trip from Greece to the Caucasus in Georgia and back. At the end of Mai 2022 we loaded the 2 Yamaha Tenere 700 in a van and drove from Potsdam (Germany) 2200 kilometer to Alexandropoli in Greece, where we stored the van and started our epic motorcycle adventure. Our goal was to ride the entire TET Turkey and two new sections that has never done before. A 4500 kilometer stretch and a big challenge on loaded Tenere 700s.

Part 3 shows you the day 11 and 12 of the trip on the Trans Euro Trail Turkey from the small village of Tamdere to the famous Bayburt on the D915. This is the first footage of the unpublished Section K in order to close the 180km gap on the TET Turkey. We tested the new section for the linesman to make it accesable for everybody in the near future.
This new section K is amazing but we had to deal with a lot of snow, ice and mud. Lucky us, a bulldozer cleaned up the track just a few hours before we started in Tamdere. So we were the first in the season to enter this mountain area.
Unfortunately I lost a lot of my footage by a mircro SD card crash. Only some mobilephone shots are left over from day 11 and 12.
After 100 km on the Section K we got hit by heavy thunderstorms near Torul and decided to travel by country roads to Bayburt. We did the missing part of our way back from Georgia. You will see it in Episode 6 or 7. Stay tuned.
