apologies for disappearing for a while, i'm doing better now.
so my dads producer friend let me try out cubase 13 on his computer, and it was pretty rad! i've been thinking of upgrading from beepbox/ultrabox so it was nice to test out one of my options. i am very appreciative of it. not sure i'll go for it since it seemed pretty complicated, but then again i only had an hour or two to play around hahah. maybe i'll ask to try it again.
anyway, fun facts! the name of this song is a reference to visual snow syndrome, which is a condition i have that's basically like tinnitus but for your eyes lol. also for the video, i was using a stock image of lavender as placeholder while i was making this and i put off finishing it cuz i didn't know what to replace it with. but yesterday my cat Snoopy was put to sleep (don't feel bad, he was very old and sick. he was ready and quite happy to go.) and my mum got some lavender flowers to plant where we buried him. cute coincidence maybe, but it felt like a little sign to keep the lavender picture, so i did. :)
