Depends on the champion ngl, sometimes the champ just has its own self sustaining tools that help him out and its better to get armor/magic resist or even damage
Now thinking about it doran shield maybe a long time item but we usally back like after 2 3 minutes i should try cloth armor and refill potion cause i usally rushing big item with refund gold rune
In tough matchups, simply buying refill with cloth or mantle than selling both can save your lane (only for mid and top). For botlane sadly you can only build more damage after refill and hope there is a teamfight you can snowball with.
@@krzysztofputerko1943 you can always buy the refills on first back. resists can be purchased early without you completing their full item until like 4th.
@@CheekyHaggisOkay but shouldn't Resolve tree second and Doran's Shield more than enough for laning sustain? Besides, the 40 HP you get instantly usually NEVER changed much for me and is way less you'd get from just going cookies. This rune was only good back then when cookies were in a different row and you could stack it together. 40% of 10%-15% max HP definitely added up way more than only... 40 HP.
@@sheepless_ram It’s super niche, if you got other good sustain options available without sacrificing too much then go for it. At what point in time did biscuits restore 10-15%? TWT gives +96 from 2 pot starts and +80 from first recalls onwards with refill. 2 pot starts is like Ring and support item etc, see people in D2 that go more than 2 pots in certain games but haven’t tried it.
As a Pantheon OTP, I usually go Long Sword Refillable on matchups I need some form of head start on first item. It works most of the time. Lanes with zero kill pressure and get down to pure farminng lanes as well. I only go Dorans Blade on matchups that all trades are usually all ins.
long sword + refillable is a great start if you are confident you wont need a Doran's item to win lane (or get farm and plates if you're Bausenmaxxing)
Refillable potion is still very good on Nasus vs very hard matchups which can take about 60-70% of your max HP with a single trad(like Renekton, Darius etc.) Having refillable allows you to regen about 20-30% of your max HP in the early game so you can stay a little bit longer before recalling and hopefully get a better wave position for your reset. Without refillable potion, if you took a bad trade, you would either have to instantly reset with probably bad wave state for you, or stay in lane and just sap exp because you can't come close to them when you are at 30-40% HP.(remember that not being able to toucb a wave also means no Fleet footwork procs)
cull + refillables is fantastic when you're in a matchup that's extremely favored for you. only problem with cull is that most matchups require a Doran's to win lane, but you can still get both if you're confident
Doran's items are currently so OP that you want to start them anyways in every matchup. You get Refillable pot after first recall. As toplane player, I always get 600 gold before first recall and then buy cull+refillable pot if I'm in an easy matchup.
Can you make video about best early game runes please? I’m a big fan of having impact since lvl 1 and taking runes for lane. Taking scaling runes is just risky
Probably precision main with secondary colossus. Though it depends what you mean by early game, early game on a scaling champ like kayle might look like grabbing fleet, while on Darius it would be conqueror or phase rush. Generally, conqueror, triumph, alacrity, and whatever bottom rune combined with bone plating and another green rune.
For precision tree the best early game choice would be to take the New runes that gives you healing when creeps die instead of triumph. However generally almost all of precision tree runes are similar in their power no matter the state of the game. For domination it's definitely cheap shot(in easy matchups) and taste of blood(in hard matchups). Eyeball collection is also a great rune For snowballing after you already get some lead. And obviously electrcute is best early game red keystone For burst champs while Dark harvest is more late game rune. For Sorcery tree you have Arcane comet as best early game dmg rune, nullifying orb in first row as very strong early game anti magic dmg rune(however most champs who take sorcery need manaflow band more anyways), absolute Focus For second row as very strong rune(but only in easy matchups because it only works when you are high HP) and of course scorch as best early game rune for third row. For determination tree you have: 1. Grasp of undying as best early game rune in toplane Guardian and Afterschock as strong runes in every stage of the game for any other role than toplane(generally the only tanks outside of toplane are in support and jungle and in those roles you cab't really stack Grasp on minions before you start a trade so you won't really get value off of it, grasp is a short trade rune and most fights on botlane are all ins while every single jungler gank is also an all in). 2. Shield bash as a very strong early game rune on champs who have spammable shield(Shen, Nautilus, Tahm kench etc.) 3. Bone plating as good early game anti-burst rune and second wind as good early game anti-poke rune 4. Revitalize as best early game rune if your champ has self healing/self-shielding. In theory there is also unfliching but I feel like the rune is useless after it's rework.
