Put skids on my 1000 gallon diesel tank and moved it up the side of the mountain. Moving snow in a blizzard with a snowblower and a snowplow!

Just a suggestion but try to blow the snow to the down hill side for when it melts Kind Regards from Liverpool England

Lucky deer with a waiter to serve their meals.😊 The truck sitting so high up on its wheels makes it look like one of those water bugs that skakes across the surface of a pond.

Try blowing the snow onto the downhill side as much as possible. When it melts it doesn’t run through the road or the yard.

Always amazed at how much modification to a vehicle you guys are allowed to do over there! Here in UK, the car insurer I've been with for 20 years refused to renew my insurance because of a raised air intake! Blanket refusal to consider any changes from the original factory specification. I eventually managed to find another insurer, but it shows the difference in approach on this side of the pond.

Hello, I started watching Red Poppy Ranch a few months ago because my husband thought I would like it. I started watching the older videos of when you first bought the property, watched them all in order until i caught up to now. I truly am amazed at all you and your family have accomplished. We enjoy all you videos even the ones where you are working on the different vehicles. Our son is 47 today and our daughter is 45. They would love to be living more remote, but not quite the time yet. Keep up the good work. 🙂

Heath the wide angle view that the drone offers of the landscapes of the properties around your land is beautiful. Or at least that is my view. I may change my mind if I had to battle the road elements. I just keep thinking that the others who lived on your land before you and your lovely family settled in just didn't work hard enough or wanted the property bad enough to make it work. I pray that this property will continue to be a blessing for your family for many generations!

Yes on the bobcat and snow blower, may be slower then a plow But you only have to move it once. When you go to the machine shop let them know you are looking for a Drill press, maybe a Johansson radial arm or a Industrial gang drill table press. a Radial arm is a nice machine jest because you you can move the drill to where you need it. and they have a nice big table to work on. Take care and be warm .

Heath, I’ve been critical over the years and, I’ve even questioned your sanity at times, but you have single handedly taken a side of a mountain and turned it into a beautiful home and life for your family. There’s not a very large percentage of guys that could have done what you’ve accomplished, especially going out and working outside in the dead of winter everyday, year after year. You should be extremely proud of what you’ve accomplished and thank God everyday that you have the income stream, health, and a wife that allows you to do something that you clearly very much enjoy!

The nice thing about a snow blower is that it doesn't cause all the snow to pile up into one compacted bunch right on the edge of the road, but spreads out a little bit and stays powdery. That means that it'll both melt a lot quicker and shouldn't turn into as goopy of a mess when it does. It also is very satisfying to see the snow seemingly disappear

Love to watch your videos every Sunday! Beautiful Winter scenes for those of us in the South. Reminds me of Little House on the Prairie. 🙂 Have you ever commented on how much wood (weight or chords) and how much Propane or Natural gas you use in the Winter for heating, on average per day? Curious as to how long those Gas tanks and that wood pile lasts during your Winter months. Cheers and good luck with your Fallow Deer! See you on tomorrow's presentation.
