So cool to see Northstar like this it’s my first year snowboarding out in Northern California I moved out to Sacramento area and love coming here unfortunately only could go a couple times since breaking my tibia and fibula. Ayyy Casey glad you’re back on board. I ran into you on your LDOH a couple years back in breck, and also at Asobi. actually made the clip exiting the gondola in that video. It’s humbling to see how grateful you are for life, your friends, and snowboarding. I left Colorado last March to come back to the east coast to try and find the stoke that I had lost, and it’s finally coming back after a grueling 8 months. Everyday is a new struggle but it’s videos like these that help to keep me pushing. Thank you, Casey! Hope to run into again someday and catch some turns.

Dude i love your comeback man I searched up videos and your the only one I found that has the EXACT same injury as me happend on may 9th got a cast yesterday on the 8th of June had surgery may 23 our injury’s are the same exact thing on the same foot lol they had to push my tibia back into place cause of the fibula fracture lol

Dunno if id be classified as your typical kind of follower or not but tbh making a few fun turns pow or no and little Ollies here and there... not taking it to seriously just having a bit of fun... well, frankly thats the kind of riding I am out there doing. I love to do it, love see my friends doing it, love to make videos of my friends and I doing it and I enjoyed watching this video of you doing it. ... and id be willing claim that there are many more out there like me. Your tricks are awesome, but they aren't, what keeps me coming back to watch and they aint whats about you that i find most inspiring. I have met most of my now best friends through this Snowboarding community on YT. The is so much more power and imo success in that than having any size of following.
