Snowboarding, Failure, and Anxiety

I tried to make a video of this trip to Park City, Utah. I didn't film much, the video doesn't tell much of a story. However, what I did do on the trip was have a flare of anxiety and I wanted to talk about that instead.
So, I did.
I'm working on trying to be a bit more vulnerable, transparent, and authentic, and this video is a very active step in that direction. Thanks for watching.

Also your pieces on anxiety have been really brave and awesome and helped me with my own anxiety recently. It is simply the suckiest thing because finding a way out seems like a mountain to climb sometimes but I've found that being open with people lately has helped me address it. Keep the faith brother

Being open about it has been the biggest relief for me. I used to hide it and lie about it and make excuses which only made things worse. Once I started being open about it, I found that most people either didn't care or suffered themselves and could relate.

colonelshaun I didn't intentionally hide it I just didn't understand what was happening to me every Time and was very embarrassed by that. It takes so many forms but you're right just opening up and telling people has helped me lead on to a normal social interaction more easily. Thanks for responding 😎

Having a patient family is key... I'll admin that I recorded the intro before I even edited the footage, and after I edited it, I didn't hate it as much as I thought I would...
