If you take into account investments, as with Fritia Hush , then Eatchel - The Cub is necessary classified as S tier.

my personal tier list : S : katya, cherno5, chenx5, kaguya, enya5 A: haru5, maux5, tess, eatchel, any standart 5* except hush special : hush

@deviant_warrioreveryone has their own parameters.. as for me since I'm top 1% neural sim ofc the capability/performance in top 1% neural also included in the parameters.. and fenny in that regard isn't quite there yet.. my m3 chenx5* with 4* weap beats my m5 t2 fenny

I've been playing this game for a like a month (iirc, it was 3 days after Cherno:Enigma event was released). Cherno's definitely an OP operative even with M-0. Still farming so I could get her to M-2 which really give her a huge power spike (already maxed out neuronics of 6 operatives). Cherno basically carried me throughout every content of the game.

In general, this is approximately the case. Some of the characters are the best. Some of the characters are a little worse than the best but worthy until you get the best. Some of the characters are just ordinary playable ones, certainly due to the waifu factor. But not very useful in rankings. But still cool, for example in the labyrinth paradox. And there is Haru the Ace. She's really weird on a mechanical level. Even in roguelike mode I tried to use it and it was VERY, VERY specific and weird. Haru's utility lies at the diametric ends of her 4th and 5th versions. p.s. I’m also glad that almost a year has passed, and even the standard characters are still relevant. while in other gacha games the developers dictate the meta and old characters often become pumpkin

I love fritia specially her laser, she's the first character that I ever got, N even got her dupe like 3x when pulling for a limited character lol So she always felt strong now I see why 😂 I was gonna get her weapon since I'm close to pity but I'll prob just get winter solstice weapon instead

The tier list should be the last 30 seconds of the video. Because the original tier list was a bit ass. I do agree with your changes. One thing that im not sure if you missed or not, but Katya Klein was buffed after her release. Although she doesnt crit, crit rate and crit damage now boost her overall damage.

Is there tips for newbie for building a team and character? I tried building fenny since I have tiny grains but she isn't doing much dmg so just want to know how do I maximize my character. Im also new so I don't have much resources to invest much.

Use the 4 stars Fenny Yao and Acacia. Meta only rewards you with a avatar frame that lasts a week. So you can clear with anybody. Best use of 5 star selector is Yao or Fenny but you only always pick your favorites.

11:30 how good is 5* enya with Katya ? Cuz from what you explained I think she would be even better with Katya than anyone else? Or does katya's standard skill mode shooting don't count as that ?

@@Ray_Kaminari put one healer, and anything else goes. Meta only matters in Neural Link. Getting top percent only rewards you with avatar frame for the week

They all "need" 5 star weapons. I would say Yao since 4 star Fenny is good but it really just depends on your favorite playstyle.

@@AsianF2PGod eventually in story they give you trial characters. 4 star weapons are good and even better now since they have a shop that lets you buy 4 star weapons from past events.

Acacia chenxy mauxy ? S tier? they A tier at best. Yao 5s no 5s gun drop her to D. Frita 5s A? Naa B if had the 5s gun drop to c . Frita 4 b tier? She A tier if have full Mani I probably put her S pair her enya 4s. . Lyfe 4s c tier is that a joke? She A tier if u have max Mani she probably S. All 4s pistols are c tiers. All snipers are D tier except yao 4s she B at best with all healers. Sirius c tier? The F she A tier with full manifestation she is untouchable if have season shotgun she drops shield & armors in 1 or 2 shots what is wrong with u c tier .
