I used to work for Country Life magazine (the Queen's favourite magazine) as the art editor and Tony was a guest editor on one issue of the magazine. I spent a day with him going through some of his photographs for a story. I found him to be an extremely nice guy. After we finished work, he spent the rest of the day showing me around his house and gardens, and generally chilling out. he showed no signs of being gay.
That is the first time I have heard it too. She was stunning and he was so handsome and they had the press still at bay in those days. Just watched an eighies interview with princess anne and parkinson - she is hilarious and still my favourite member of the family.

Oh so Princess Margaret feels Christian marriage can't be dissolved but having an affair with a man like 16 yrs younger then her is acceptable... I can totally see how that royal religious upbringing has taught her so well lmao!
I still can't help but believe she was more at fault. All her exes would go on to have successful marriages after breaking up with Margaret. Do the math. Of course, it could also be that she brought out the worst in men.
