Both trucks of this season need a more powerfull engine and mud tires with more traction values. I used both to get an idea,after a while i see they are too weak.

I like having the kenworth out on the field - it’s engine sounds awesome and it looks pretty cool when pulling the heavy mission trailers. It’s just a shame they haven’t put more power into it, I was struggling to get up the smallest of hills with a set of unpacked metal beams in its sideboard add on

Snowrunner is in an age where if a truck can’t go up a mountain in high going 30mph then it’s not worth anything. Forget it being better in mud than just about anything. Forget low. Resume tayga gameplay. I’m not saying that it’s not underpowered, but I’ve carried 2 metal beams, 2 small pipes, and 2 metal rolls all up a mountain just staying in low. No stops. Things literally unstoppable even with the 71in stock tires. Out of everything, the ziks, tayga, azovs. This is the truck I most use. It gets it done

The best thing about this truck is its tires. It will do wonders trudging through deep mud, so long as the terrain is flat; but if there is the slightest mention of an incline, then I'm afraid Samson's hair has been cut. This truck was neutered before it was released to the public, and really deserves more than the devs are willing to give it.

If you need to move lots of cargo (which is the point of the game basically) it IS the best option. You can overstack lots of crap on that looong 3 slotter supported by a US crane. This is important because trailers are for schoolgirls. Less time spent on returning trailers means more time spent on having sexual intercourse with trailer users' mothers. If the truck doesnt work for you then that is 100% user error. Best setup is MHS II tires, Advanced Special gearbox and the bottom engine (Wanderer smth I think). If I need to get a bunch of cargo from one place to another then I will always go with good ol' Kenny.

It may seem rather counter-intuitive for a heavy truck of its size, but I found the highrange gearbox actually goes really well on the Kenworth. Whilst it is still slow up hills and when towing heavy cargo, it still moves a lot better and makes better progress than with the advanced special gearbox, in my experience. Plus the increased speed in high is a nice bonus when delivering lighter cargo, and it holds its speed in high surprisingly well. Yes it does have higher fuel consumption, but you have plenty of fuel capacity + reserves to make up for it.

It is nonsensically weak on hills. I've had it dead stop so many times on even tiny hills while unloaded. Other than this weird quark it's fun to drive.

So far, the Quid Pro Quo mission is all I've done in the British Columbia region on SnowRunner just to get the Kenworth 963. I got it, and I really love this truck! This is one of the best North American trucks in SnowRunner! I am currently using the Kenworth 963 in Ontario for helping fight fires and restore the infrastructure there before I do more of the British Columbia region. After I get most of British Columbia completed, I will be going back to Amur to see if it can help me get further than I've gotten in the Amur region. I honestly haven't even made it halfway through Amur because of the snowy, icy, and rocky roads in that region where most trucks seem to get stuck. After finally unlocking the ZikZ 605-R, I have pretty much procrastinated doing the rest of Amur.

is it the best no is it a bad truck also no it fails up hill but it is also extremely versatile so i think it is well decidedly average but unlike some American trucks it is usable and drivable where as most run on fumes and have no power this has okay fuel but no power and very versatile loadouts also slight side note the gears are quite nice in this one had a look at them while i was fixing the 612 gearbox since im frankly done waiting for sabre i literally changed one number to give it a bog standard adv special knowing is actually a little frustrating because i know it takes 2 minutes to fix the trucks no one drives now

The only way to make this truck work, is as you say, manually change from low +, to high gear, in the advanced special gearbox, why saber put so weak engines in the new trucks???

They didn't? Kenworth is one of the heaviest trucks in the game. And both trucks have worse collision models compared to other trucks where the axles are actually part of it.

Is milk in a bag meant to be a Canadian thing? If it is, it isn't a common one. I have lived in Canada for 42 years and never do I recall seeing milk in a bag. I grew up on the east coast but lived most my life on the west coast. Great vid btw. I love the Kenworth 963, mostly for it's sound.

Whilst I think that season 10 maps are excellent (hills,hills and more hills), we need snow, Russian snow, harshness, pain and more Russian trucks. New trucks need to be Russian, not this western capatilist crap. Zik Zik for life.

I'm not bothered by a truck's country, but I'm all for more variety and things that add new gameplay mechanics. And increased difficulty would be nice for one of the remaining Year 3 Pass DLCs. Amur 2.0, bring it on.
