Can I ask what made you guys ask to video this company. Yes you own one but I can't see ourselves just wanting to walk in off the street and want to video this just because you own that brand. Please don't take it the wrong way ❤ I'm genuinely interested in this answer.
Julie Anne we decided to film for our channel, as we knew a lot of our followers really are interested in snowy river caravans and there isn’t much information out there on this new range. it was completely just our choice and we didn’t get asked/paid to film for snowy.
Correct me if im wrong but aren't these van made in China then shipped here? I've asked S R and still no reply so my guess they are a Chinese product and dint wanna say so
Get in touch with the warranty team, sure they can help with your issues! We haven’t had too many issues with our SRC18 & warranty has been super easy to deal with when we did have issues. We think you are going to have problems regardless of what you pay. Have spoken to many with $100k+ vans and they have issues too, and have said that warranty was a pain.
