Sometimes everybody is so busy riding they forget to stop and take in everything they are riding through, one of the best things about trail riding is the scenery you get to experience that most people never get to, so much more to riding a dirt bike than just riding.
Travis, you always show the advantage the of the Trail Tech Voyager Pro. I have two for my bike and have always had problems with creating and downloading the routes I want to take. You should help fellow users and do videos showing how it’s done.
I just moved to Denver from Nashville, TN and purchased a new 2024 KTM 500 EXE-F. I'm going to build an adventure bike so I'm looking forward to finding some of the great places you mention and always looking for great people to ride with. Thx for the awesome videos.
Lucky you. Colorado has so many amazing places to ride in every part of the state. Thai was near crested butte but my favorite area is around south fork. Have fun
@@EverySingleSunday I was going to go riding today but it was snowing then raining. I guess I could have toughed through it but I wasn't feeling tough 😆. I'm looking forward to finding fun places to go. ✌🏼
I’ve always wanted to ride in Colorado! Dirt is a different color, but for the most part those trails look a lot like the ones we have up here in Canada!
Awesome video! I ate crap at the 7:55 mark last summer.... I was flying to fast for me and front and rear tire went in different ruts. Could have been bad but got lucky. We rode it the other direction which made the double top obstacle harder. We were told last July by trail workers they were bypassing it and closing the exposure section down. Obviously it's still open. Have you heard anything about that?
Ya, I got caught in a couple different ruts as well during my time here. I too got lucky I hadn’t heard anything about any closures on trails. But I really didn’t talk to anyone about them
Is there anyway you could be the first ever youtuber to answer me when i ask what trail this is and where its at? Trying to plan a trip and i cant get a single shred of help from a single person in the community. Truely heartbreaking
It’s Crested Butte, CO. Not sure if the names of the trails but a mix of Crested Butte and Taylor Park area. Can’t really go wrong with anything up in that area. Hope that helps
One thing I wish you would do, when you enter or intersect a trail try to get your GoPro right on the sign so that we can see the name and trail number. I did this on my couple weeks in Colorado in July and it was helpful when watching/reliving the ride. It would help me and others locate the cool trails you ride if we could see the trail signs. Thank you, really cool stuff you do.
All depends on where I am and who I am with. Most times I don't post a location. Just easier not to post stuff like that or show the signs on purpose. Too many trail snobs on here and others that want to close stuff down. Feel free to message me on IG or email if you ever want to know
The reason my stuff looks so good is I wipe off the lens before most shots I’m going to film. Also, I don’t compress the footage so it’s a huge file when I upload it. Some editing programs compress your stuff without you knowing it
One thing I've learned (the hard way) about riding in the Rockies - you gotta be realistic about your skill level, and KNOW what trail you're on! A nice flowy can quickly turn onto a cliff or rockslide where one wrong move and bad bad bad!!!
All depends on the day. I’d say 55 or 60 most the time. But I have seen one drained in under 30 if you’re on it and I’ve also seen them go 120 if you just cruise
Will you try a Rekluse clutch on your GasGas? I've got the Core exp 3.0 on my Husaberg 501 '14 and it's epic in tight terrain but sucks if you want to drift in high speed.
Just got back from a week in Sargents area yesterday. Colorado never disappoints. I wish the Trail Tech would move the + and - buttons to the left side of the screen. Solid vid. Thanks.
