I use tape from harbor freight, simple because it's green 🤭🤭. But I'll put the adhesive side on my shirt to make it less sticky before I apply to the vehicle. That helps making it easier to pull off
@garethdavies7564 I charge $75 if it needs the sanding steps and $50 if it just needs compound & polish. I could probably get more but for my area that seems to be a good price
I use the Flex PXE 80 for all the headlight restorations I do. It's a little pricey but such a versatile tool to have no matter what your polishing. It will usually take me about an hour to about 1hr 20 mins to do a restoration on headlights with moderate to severe oxidation.
@@SoCleenDetailing Cool thank you. Takes me about 90 min to two hours start to finish on site for restorations also. Seems this is about the average for most who do a proper and true restoration. Not the 2K clear crap method hack.
