Materials
Creamy shuttle baklava
500 gr hand-rolled phyllo dough for baklava
1 tea glass of peanuts
To slide;
2.5 cups of milk
Half a glass of semolina
For the above;
100g butter
1 teacup of oil
For the sherbet;
2 cups of sugar
1 glass of water
1 small slice of lemon
Burmese sweet
500gr baklava dough
1 tea glass of walnuts or hazelnuts (I mixed them both together)
For the above;
50g butter
Half a tea glass of oil
For the sherbet;
1 glass of sugar
half glass of water
1 small slice of lemon
Since I like it a little sweet, the sherbet was enough for me.
If you like it more syrupy, you can prepare it with 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water.
Do not close the lid of the tray until it absorbs the syrup, do not put it in a hot oven, then it will soften.
After making the syrup, you can fill it into freezer containers and store it in the freezer.
