He helped my family through the grips of addiction. If only he knew how lucky I was that my son got to see him before he died of an overdose..rhankfully..he started the treatment process 2 days later..its now 7 yrs. GOD IS GOOD
Huge Aaron Lewis fan ever since I was 16. At 36, I still enjoy his voice more than any current artist. What a talent. No need for a recording studio when you sound this good live.
In a time of my deepest of depression...I always find my way coming back to this song. Wether I let it out. Sing to it. Fall asleep listening to it. Practice the words in it. It always finds a way to help me. Probably my favorite vocalist and my favorite entertainer. God bless Aaron Lewis for giving us some of the best moments someone can relate to when we need something to feel. 🙏🙏
I hear you on b Aaron, He is HONEST, STAND UP, LOVING GUY AN I HAVE HAD HIM IN MY LIFE FOR LONG, TIME! GOD BLESS HIM FOR SAVING SO MANY PPL WITHOUT EVEN TRYING! IVE LOST MY WAY ONCE AGAIN AN IM SITTING HERE THIS MORNING AN HERE HE IS ONCE AGAIN POPPING UP TO HAVE ME HEAR HIS WORDS!!! I PRA YA I GET IT BFORE ITS TOO LATE!!! LUV YOU AARON LEWIS!!!
I was there. My girlfriend and I bought Aaron a shot of Jack and he drank it on stage. I love that Aaron supports the troops. I am an Afghanistan Veteran and love his music and patriotism. We flew in from Utah to see him. The weekend before we flew to Anaheim to see him at the House of Blues, and then the Wednesday before this show we saw him in Park City, UT. If he comes anywhere near us, we go to see him. He puts on a great show. My favorite artist of all time.
Ended a relationship that almost tore me in pieces. Found my way wth Aaron Lewis again. Found an old friend in the process. Thanks for singing the words I’m feeling..
Me too!! There are certain songs that take you right back to that place you were all those years ago. This is definitely one of those songs!! LOVE IT 🎶🎶🎶🎶
Brother, I’m with you or at least trying to be. Same boat, different life. It’s the worst MF’n thing anyone could geaux thru without dying. Often think death is better, much better.
I fill the same but I said fuck it all I'm gonna do everything people said I couldnt do and that was 3 years ago wen I got outta a 3 year stretch I'm almost done painting my picture and its gonna be a bad mf
"To be the person that I I am today" ....... What a wonderful journey filled with wrought, pain, gleaning and total completeness that we all take. God Bless. Jesus is the way ,the truth( truth is a problem today; most forget truth or Jesus) and the way ( How can we find our way without the truth or Jesus?)
Aaron, you have touched me in such a way. My brother was dying and loved you so I gave him my CD of stained and that's what he died to was listening to you!!💓 Thank you!! You're very inspiring and helped me in dealing with his death.
Oh my goodness gina...wow. my your brother rest in peace im so very sorry to hear about his passing at least he got a little bit of joy towards the end..I love stain'd and aaron
People always ask me why I play the same songs all the time and I tell them it's because you're telling the stories of my life and you have the best singing voice I have ever heard. You are the man but keep up the good work and don't let it go to your head.
@@jeremymeister715 i ve heard him play other animatronics and he always uses that same voice. But yes funtime foxy can alter his voice pretty good so can lolbit (odd foxx)...ballora and funtime freddy (gallant gaming)
I am so sorry for your loss. Please take into account how strong you are to deal with what you have gone through. I wish I could to do something to make things better for you but I am just some stranger on the internet. I wish you only happiness in your future. You deserve it.
Saw him last night. Truly one of the most vocally versatile performers I've ever seen in my life. He has an amazing sense of humor and can sing anything put in front of him. Love you AL.
Aaron Lewis you fkn blow me away. One of the best voices ever. Your cobain Cornell and Vedder worthy. God bless. Come to northern Michigan please. Huge fan base
Jamey Smith Couldn’t agree more, but If you really want to compliment him, you left out the best of them all and certainly his musical Inspiration Layne Staley!
You always write straight from the heart. That's what I love about you & your music. Ever since I 1st heard, "IM NOT THE ONLY ONE", I've been looking up your music & lovin' it all, & the distinct sound of your voice. Maybe you didn't start out Country, but I'm sure glad you're dinging it now. Love your songs & your voice & your love for America. Wish I could be up there singing with you someday. Keep doing what you do. ❤️🇺🇲❤️🇺🇲
I have seen Staind, and Aaron solo - Love them both, and hope someday Staind does another album. Hope Aaron keeps making music. One of my all time favorites, and one of the best EVER!
The way I here this song is forever changed. Wow So Far Away has been in my radio memory library for a long damn time. I'm glad to know more of him now.
Wow! Im floored. This could possibly be one of, if not the best performance I have ever heard from Aaron. And seeing that Ive been a fan since 1997 and have seen countless Staind soundchecks and live shows and have a ton of great memories, that's really saying something. I just cant get over how powerful this was! I know it's a corny word but the only suitable word coming to mind at this moment is, Fantastic! Fatastic, to me, means that something has an almost magical, otherworldly quality, (corny right? lol) OR, it means that something is so unbelievably great, that it's nearly impossible for me to conceive it is actually real!
It’s def one of the best I’ve heard in some time, he felt connected more so than some of his other recent shows. BRAVO! Btw it is very Kool that is can affect you so, nothing corny about it, you have to be open to let the light in!
Hes the only male on this planet that can get me emotional with his singing/music. I'm 44 now so I found him out immediately with Fred and after break the cycle came out. So impressed. Loved the gritty and fast paced side of aaron/staind. Threw me off a little when he changed speeds playing. But he was still makin great music. No I'll get some flack for this but I'll survive the comments. I stopped when he went full country. Its just not the style i like. So ive never heard any b tracks of his country albums. Heard all the overplayed songs on the radio. Maybe a "one last time" tour with staind?. One can only hope. 😁
Aaron , you are authentic , a very talented musician who plays an sings with authority , thanks for sharing your talent ! I would be honored to do a harmonica blues song with you ! 🇺🇸
Saved my life arron not just with this song but with quite a few stained and after tough times brother but thank you amazing voice and eloquently written 👍
The best lyricist of my generation hands down... Cut high school once and it was too see him in some little dinky car in Jersey right when Staind popped. A 17 year old kid in this 100max capacity bar with a fake ID and was blessed to hear one of the most amazing voices in music I'll never forget it. He's helped me thru many a hard day
Aaron.....please keep going! you have been a complete inspiration and a true help through all the BS life has dealt me.....I would love to meet you and shake your hand/give you a huge hug and sing with you!!!!!!
Just recently became a fan. Up until then all I ever heard was It's been a while Love that song. Then recently I was listening to it and when it was done a couple more songs of his came up. Outside and this song. I was so blown away by him. In Staind and as Aaron lewis. I hunted for everything I could find from him. I can't believe it's taken me so long to find him. Easily one of my top 5.
THIS SONG REALLY HELPS ME REALIZE AND ALSO STIRS SOMETHING DEEP IN MY SOUL WHEN I HEAR IT BECAUSE IM REALLY GOING THRU ALOT YET AGAIN ,BUT HE DOES SING FROM THE HEART WHICH HELPS ME KEEP THE HOPE N PRAYERS TO BE A LIL BETTER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY
Same here🥴 Life always throws us the craziest things to deal with? Loving someone is the hardest thing to do. Stay strong the people that have always cared are just a phone call away.
@@buzzray5017 THANKS ,ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO GET A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT AT THE TIMES WE ARE IN THE STRUGGLE....I KNOW YO AND NOW THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER,YAYYY,,,,🍀⚡🌪🌀🌧☀⭐🌈
Imagine how popular Aaron Lewis would be if he bowed down to the Media and their Democratic narrative like almost all other musicians do these days just for more exposure and money. I'm so glad he kept it real, and doesn't let it break him.
I would absolutely LOVE to go see him!! I would also love to meet him and we just sit down and talk. Because I know that if anybody could understand me he would!! He would so get me. His music and his voice is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! He is his own person not trying to be anybody else but himself and I love that! ❤️❤️❤️
@@mikeparkwr2757 I've been to 2 of his show's and will go again he pays Respect to our VETERANS as well and has one of the best VOICE I've ever heard live and he always does a few stained song's and the place goes crazy... I have met him at both show's and he is a very nice and humble person...MY oldest SON did 2 tour's of Afghanistan so I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE that he does the pledge of allegiance and his support for our VETERANS 🇨🇱🤘🙏💯
This guy is absolutely the best song writer of his time and probably now I love all hos music.. Its uplifting in ways indescribable and I hope you listen to his new song love me I thinks the name its awesome...
Seen Staind live when they first came out and heard Aaron play acoustic and blew my mind how absolutely his scream hit my spine. Many times in this life hes saved my life with his music. STAIND LOVE BROTHER. GOD BLESS.
