What a journey. The Spookston fans went from “is he a furry?”, to memeing about asking if he’s a furry, to ironically asking it, to now memeing about ironically asking it.

I'm very proud of you for getting this far - and are still growing! No other content creator (except maybe Grizzy) has such a similar, silly humor like I do and it's really awesome to have someone who combines that with one of my favorite games. Also: Happy Birthday!

So guys, we did it, we reached a quarter of a million subscribers. Two hundred and fifty thousand subscribers and still growing. The fact that we reached this number is such a short amount of time is just phenominal. I-I am just amazed. Thank you all so much for supporting this channel and helping it grow. I-I love you guys, you guys are just awesome. "Ayo that's gay man." "AY". So as you can probably tell, this isn't really a montage parody, this is more like a kind of thank you slash update kind of video. So for this video I'm quickly going to go over two things. Firstly, advertisements. And more importantly, the future of this channel and what kind of direction it's headed. Okay so, firstly with the advertisements- "Oh my god you sellout! You're a fucking sellout mate!" "Dude shut up!". Believe it or not but, montage parodies are actually a copyright minefield. New content is actually becoming claimed by companies everyday. We could use something from, let's say, five years ago and tomorrow, a huge company could come along and claim their product as theirs and we have no control over that. Meaning that, any video we use their product in, could either get copyright striked or lose monetization meaning that all the money made off that video would get sent to the company and not us. The only real way to counter this is to get advertisements placed on my channel. I mean, it's a win win for everyone yknow. I get a safety net generated for myself, company gets exposure, and you guys, my subscribers, sit through a two second advertisement that would be as short and painless as possible. So, next, I'm going to talk about the future of this channel- "Mom! Pyrocynical's selling out to make McDonalds 'let's plays'!". This doesn't mean in any way that I'm actually quitting montage parodies. Y'know, they're basically why you subscribed to this channel and I enjoy making them, there is no reason to quit. Because I'm in full-time education, I have less time to make and upload videos. It used to be weekly uploads and now it's pretty much just once a month. But in my opinion, uploading once a month isn't enough, I would like to upload more than that, I mean as much as possible, but montage parodies take a long time to make. That's collecting the resources, coming up with an original idea, y'know all this stuff takes time and planning, and that combined with me being in education means that they take a while to make. A good video that goes into detail about this is RubberNinja's video on the future of independent animation on RU-vid. It is a different themed video because I don't do independent animation, but you can still kind of relate because, obviously, as uploads become more infrequent channel traffic stops. This is why I want to look at making videos that are related to montage parodies, but aren't exactly meta montage parodies. Like I said before, I'm not quitting montage parodies. It's basically seen as either you wait for me to upload one video a month or I upload one video a month with a bunch of other, y'know, kind of funny gameplay stuff in-between. A great example actually would be games like Counter-Strike Global Offensive. "(unintelligible) CYKA, ME BOY IS FUCKING RUSSIAN MAN!". But, at the end of the day, it's all down to you guys. You guys are my subscribers, and I would love to hear your feedback on what you would like me to do next. Be sure to comment down below your thoughts and ideas. I'm gonna try to respond to as many comments as I can for this video. I would love to hear your feedback on what kind of videos you'd wanna see, any future ideas for the channel. I feel that, because you've subscribed to my channel, to an extent you're inclined to, y'know, share your thoughts and ideas and have a say on what you think I should do next, and it's really appreciated guys. And lastly, I just want to thank you guys. Thank you for helping this channel grow so quickly, in such a short amount of time. I mean, I-I started doing videos like these just over a year ago, and I never expected my channel to grow so quickly, in such a short amount of time, just from montage parodies. I-It's amazing, y'know, I've been reading the comments and some of them have just been genuinely amazing. Y'know, I've been told, uhh, like people that had depression and have found these videos, y'know, very theraputic and they've enjoyed them. It really, y'know, lifted their spirits, and stuff. I-It's just amazing how my videos can do that to people, and that really, y'know, motivates me to want to do more videos. It's just, thank you all so much for giving me this opportunity. It really, it really means a lot guys you have no idea. And lastly, I want to give a shout-out to all the people that helped make this video. Whether that's voiceovers, animation, stuff like that. Firstly we've got Harvey Rothman, he designed my RU-vid profile picture, and he's also designed a "What The Fast" intro for my channel. His work is just amazing, I love his animation style. He's just such a nice guy to talk to. Be sure to check out his channel, he's got an upcoming animation for Five Nights at Freddy's, "Foxy Gets Hooked". He does music production, animation. He's just an all around talented guy. Be sure to check him out. Next we go Hitler's Pimp, and he's just so talented with Source Film Maker, it's unreal. He designed the intro for me. It's unbelievable how skiled he is with the program, it's just unreal. Be sure to check him out guys his videos are just amazing. And lastly, shout-outs to CreamForce for the sexy voiceover he did in the video. Honestly, he does a lot of montage parody-esque videos. You should definitely check him out his videos are just amazing and he's just a great personality all around. And that's it guys! That's pretty much all I wanted to explain.
