I have also started using glass bottles since 7-8 months now. Sabse pehla darr yehi hota tha ki toot jayengi, par sahi se use karne ki aadat ho jaati hai. Easy to clean also. Every 2nd 3rd day, I clean it with hot water and diluted liquid soap. Ab garmi badh gayi hai toh paani mein kuch sabja ke beej, barley seeds daal diya karti hoon, sometimes a slice of cucumber and a sprig of pudina.

Glass bottle लिया इसका मतलब ये नहीं है की इसको साफ नहीं करना पडेगा. Plastic bottles भी bottle brush से साफ हो सकती है, लेकिन बहुत लंबे समय तक use नहीं करना चाहिए. Change करते रहना चाहिए।

Hey sambhavna you need to buy shoes which are broad from toes n you will find only in brooks brand. I had mentioned this when you were in Dubai but may be didn’t read my message. However do try near andheri sports complex there are few sports shop n one of them keeps brooks. Hope it will help.

M 6 feet tall, and I always shop in boys section bcz my feet size 10 with 10-11 cm broad feet, I also look for comfort bcz of my big body , i always buy shoes with thick foam inside and cloth material kind of, I NVR buy leather or tracking shoes, u should also go for cloth material and thick foam inside of shoe , do not look for heel in shoes , it'll help u buy comfortable shoe. I usually go for campus or nike.
