The units will come away from wall. So take cooker away from wall leaving space to shuffle up the units into the cooker space. That'll leave you room to get your cooker out. The units are only held with a few brackets onto the wall. Worst bit will be that you will have to sort out trim between tiles and worktop

Oh Johnny, I'm so happy for you. The house looks fabulous & you'll soon get round the problems. If the work surface will come off ok, you could maybe dismantle the cupboards & move around as needed. The smoke smell will disappear once you decorate ( I inherited that problem once). At long last you'll have your own craft room & Ziggy will have his own garden too. By the way, that climbing weed with white flowers is bindweed. It's an absolute pain! 😁 🏡
Hey Anita, whilst cleaning I discovered the panel besides the cooker comes off, so have wiggle room. I got told to use weed killer on that plant. Gross, noway don't want the critters being harmed. So looking forward to moving in.

What a lovely property / new home, with so much potential and that back garden is amazing (Ziggy will love it). It's great you are going to be able to have your own dedicated craft room and I can't wait to see how you transform that room into your own crafting happy place. It's definitely a bit of a project, but one I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy. I agree with getting rid of that fire place and I would think it'd be easier to take out the window in the sunroom to get rid of the cooker - but it might be helpful if you could find out from the previous owners how they managed to get their fridge freezer out. Anyway - here's to the future and I look forward to the renovation vlogs :)
Hello, well they said they used the door in the kitchen but that has now gone to make room for the fridge. So looking forward to seeing Ziggy running around in the garden, if we ever manage to get the fence fixed.

Wow Johnny! Congratulations 🎊 that's fantastic, super happy for you. Ziggy will be in his element 😊 I'd probably take the window out to rejig the cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. Id also potentially put a patio door in the sun room to prevent this issue when replacing appliances in the future. The previous people got their fridge freezer out somehow 🤔 You might be alright with your rewire not to have to worry about the tiles, it depends where the wires go and it they (the wires) can be pushed through without need to remove them. I used to work for an electrician and they were very good at trying their best to work round things where possible. You might be lucky. The plant in the garden that's taking over is bind weed. It's a perennial weed, that's a bugger to get rid of. Do a Google on best methods of removal. Loving the craft room space 😍 especially with the church bells in the background. I have something funky lined up for the craft room, had it for 10yrs. An amber beaded shade, have 2 of them. I have some more vidz didn't think folk would be interested. Will mash them together and upload.

So much glass? Sun shining in even on a winter’s day. Winter sun low in the sky. The room will become an oven. Also sun light on the screen. Been there!!! I am talking from experience here. To make it a useable office space will entail blinds, then, loss of the light you are dreaming of. Sorry to be negative. I am developing my house in Spain. I know how the sun acts upon everyday life. Be better as a craft room and the office upstairs. Good luck anyway.
No not negative, just banter. I wont be using that room, think my partner is getting one of those ceiling fans. Wow a house in Spain, bet your having fun with that. I can't stick the heat, maybe I would be better off in an Igloo.
@@JustJohnnyCreations Unfortunately a ceiling fan won’t curtail the sun through that glass. I wish your partner well though. My house in Spain will be fantastic once completed. However, I have to travel regularly back to the UK to give me sufficient funds to continue the work here. Already been ‘abused’ financially by a builder. My current builder is fantastic. Just purchased Starlink so I can work on my website when over here. Elon Musk is a genius! The best part of travelling over is I can bring EBay purchases over. My best purchase was a shower cubicle for my downstairs bathroom/utility room. I had to go into central London to pick it up. It was really heavy, brand new. I paid £50 for it, retail price £1400! Chap who purchased it for his Canary Wharf Town House unfortunately got one too tall to fit in the area required. So, if you are able to collect you can get fantastic bargains on eBay. I made the 3rd shower wall out of glass blocks, cost me £30 for sufficient to do the wall. Shower looks a real ‘stand alone’ feature now. My upstairs bathroom has a superb green glass sink, complete with taps, waste pipe, and surround. Beautiful. That was £40 but I had to travel up to Scotland to pick it up. Only the Borders though so had the chance of visiting friends for a couple of days. Moral to this very, very, very long diatribe…. When developing a house look on EBay. LOL. Good luck.
