8:48 actually the boat floating is accurate, buoyancy doesnt change because of the increased force of gravity, this is because gravity also acts proportionally more on the water as well, increasing water pressure, forcing the boat to float more, counteracting gravity. therefore if there was an ocean on jupiter, or an object the gravity of the sun any old boat would work (igniring any crushing that may occur) edit: a more simplistic reason would be that density doesnt change, therefore bouyancy doesnt either.

Maybe you can make them go 45° and have hem be meteors. Idea Two: You make them actually orbit around a sphere shaped planet not in its own dimension.
