You should make this into a data pack. And implement it as a new random weather. Then, have it trigger every so often to only spawn one type of potion at the time. But the potion type is random, and reflected by the color so that the player knows what they are up against.

3:32 that’s actually a weird glitch that I also came across a while ago while messing around with MCreator, basically it occurs whenever the player is healed directly after dying in which the player will have the death screen appear but when the player clicks respawn they will simply continue from where they died! :) Putting the player into a weird state of limbo of sorts, also if the player is not healed DIRECTLY after death (no more then 1 too 2 ticks maybe 3) the player will be soft locked and be forced to reload the world! :P Hope this helps, IDK just felt like sharing/explaining a weird phenomenon I thought was interesting!!! :D
