Thank you for the video Sam. Also thank you to the communtiy for being so very involved with Descenders. We will try our hardest to make the new game feel as familar as Descenders does, while staying true to a new sport. We're super excited to bring to you the next chapter of Descenders. What's next? I know the Devs are probably checking Sam's comments. I salute you guys for the first Descenders game. As well as Sam for bringing us endless entertainment with his Descenders video's. PLEASE don't lose focus on the mountain biking in Descenders NEXT. The other sports look awesome so far but the mtb needs to stay as good as it's always been.
Im so excited for this but I really hope they make the animations look better because the game looks like it would feel amazing just that the animations look kinda stiff, where Decenders has really fluid animation. I know its still in progress but I dunno
This is actually sick. The different sports look more forgiving as far as turns and stuff than the mountain biking is so I'll most likely be able to play this one lol
I’ve been playing this game since it’s released, and all I ask of the devs is to still heavily focus on mtb. I’m definitely excited for this update, but still.
As he said in the beginning of the video, this game features no mountainbiking since it's very similar to Descenders (1), which is already all about mountainbiking.

I think the grinding is more realistic. I haven’t played it yet. I mean obviously it looks more realistic because like riders Republic you instantly like hop onto the rail and it makes you go in the direction where the rail goes but this one you slid off the rail instead of you know like, jumping off which is the only way to get off the rail in riders Republic I think I think because I haven’t played them yet
I wonder why they're focusing on making a budget version of Riders Republic that looks like it has N64 graphics. The controls in Descenders are amazing, everything else is painfully behind.
my understanding is that the original decenders will be mountain bike but the new one will be other stuff instead. so no mountain biking in the new one
Yea but descenders shits on riders republic. The game has way better mechanics and animations. Sense of speed a mile better. This makes the game feel way more satisfying

the mountain boarding physics need a bit of work as you dont exactly lean forward when doing a toe turn (trust me i would know i am a mountain boarding)
Descenders next looks so good and can't wait to play, but one thing I already hate so much is how silly the characters look. Like why couldn't they just make the characters the same as descenders. Honestly it makes it seem not as serious and professional, which descenders did seem that way to a certain degree. I doubt the devs will change anything about the characters but dam they look so stupid. Bit of a let down
