They really just swapped the R and J from the previous SR installments Rim Jobs auto shop 🤣🤣 . Now its Jim Robs, i love it.

The image is what sold the original SR games, NONE of these characters scream an ounce of courage or ferociousness they look like frat lads and edgy teens. This is one of multiple reasons why I just don't want it. It's not about a new cast its lack of said personality I guarantee they all share one singular brain cell between them and have carbon copy humour. Which honestly sets the game up for failure for me.

What is it with these more progressive game developers and thinking cracking some shitty joke every 30 seconds is good writing? I mean, iirc Saints Row 1 and 2 cracked some jokes semi-frequently, but it was usually a good mix of different jokes, and they were timed so that it didn't detract from the feel of the game and the writing. This new Saints Row feels like it was written by someone with the attention span and sense of humor of twitter/reddit users.

This game looks corny asf story wise. Saints Row is supposed to be a gang warfare kind of game based on its foundation. Geeks took it over and ruined it and turned it into a geekfest with no soul. The graphics looks great but I already know the plot is about to be corny as hell as well with the characters smh. What a waste.

Saints Row 2 is one of the greatest games ever created. Now that's out of the way this new saints row looks fun gameplay wise even though the format is outdated, but I hate the setting and the cast. P.S. the U.S. knew pearl harbor was going to be bombed.

Each new video I see on saints row (a game I already planned on pre ordering) verifies my purchase and makes me glad I had trust in the devs this time around.
